1. Submit Your Items

Email and provide:
1. Clear photos of the item (front, back, label, tag)
2. Brand name
3. Size
4. Condition
5. Your expected selling price (optional)

Our team will review your submission within 1–3 working days.

2. Evaluation & Quotation

If your item meets our criteria, we’ll provide:
- A purchase or consignment offer
- Estimated resale price (if on consignment)
- Terms and next steps
Items that do not meet our standards will be politely declined.

3. Send Your Item

Once accepted, ship or deliver the item to us according to the agreed arrangement. All items must be sent clean, well-packed, and in the same condition as submitted.

4. Authentication & Inspection

Upon receiving your item, we perform:

- Brand authenticity checks
- Quality and condition inspection

Only items that pass our final review will be accepted for resale.

5. Payment or Consignment Listing

Direct Purchase: Payment will be made after final inspection
Consignment: Your item will be listed on our platform, and payment will be made once sold

Authentication & Resale Assurance

At SANFRANO, we take product authenticity and lawful resale very seriously. All pre-owned branded items accepted through our “Sell to Us” program undergo a strict verification and inspection process before being listed for resale.

Sellers are required to confirm that all submitted items are legally owned by them and were obtained through legitimate means. SANFRANO reserves the right to reject any item with unclear, suspicious, or unverifiable ownership history.

All submitted items undergo a standardized authentication and inspection process conducted by SANFRANO prior to resale. Items that fail authenticity verification or quality assessment will not be accepted for resale.

The final determination of authenticity and resale eligibility rests solely with SANFRANO.

Source & Ownership Verification

Multi-Step Authentication Process

Each accepted item is authenticated by our trained team using multiple verification methods, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Brand-specific label, tag, serial number and stitching analysis

  • Material, craftsmanship and construction assessment

  • Comparison against known brand specifications and reference databases

  • Evaluation based on brand era, model, and production characteristics

Authentication is conducted prior to resale listing and again during final inspection.

Counterfeit & Rejection Policy

Any item suspected to be counterfeit, altered, or inconsistent with brand authenticity standards will be immediately rejected and will not be listed for sale.
SANFRANO reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of such items in accordance with applicable laws and internal compliance procedures.

Final Review & Resale Approval

Only items that successfully pass all authentication and quality checks are approved for resale on our platform.
The final decision on authenticity and resale eligibility rests solely with SANFRANO.
